• That consent is not required for purchase

Consent Documentation

For each lead, we maintain records including:

• Timestamp of consent
• IP address and device information
• Exact consent language displayed
• Form URL and version

Do Not Call Compliance

We scrub all leads against the National Do Not Call Registry and honor all opt-out requests. Our systems are updated regularly to ensure compliance.

Your Responsibilities

While we provide TCPA-compliant leads, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining your own internal Do Not Call list
• Honoring opt-out requests within the required timeframe
• Training your staff on TCPA compliance
• Maintaining your own records of consent
• Following all state-specific telemarketing regulations

Requesting Consent Documentation

You can request consent certificates for any lead through your account dashboard or by contacting our compliance team. We recommend retaining consent documentation for at least 5 years.
