Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click the 'Get Started' button on our homepage, fill in your business details, and you'll have access to your dashboard within minutes. No credit card required to browse lead types.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
No, there are no minimum purchase requirements for our standard plans. You can buy as few or as many leads as you need. Volume discounts are available for larger orders.
How quickly can I start receiving leads?
Once your account is set up and payment is processed, you can start receiving leads immediately. Most customers receive their first leads within 24 hours.
Lead Quality
How are leads verified?
Each lead goes through our multi-step verification process including phone validation, email verification, and intent confirmation. We verify that consumers have expressed genuine interest in the services you provide.
What if I receive a bad lead?
We stand behind our lead quality. If you receive a lead with invalid contact information or that doesn't meet our quality standards, submit a return request within 7 days and we'll provide a replacement or credit.
Are leads exclusive or shared?
We offer both options. Exclusive leads are sold to only one buyer, while shared leads may be sold to multiple buyers (typically 3-4) at a lower cost. You can choose based on your preferences.
Delivery & Integration
How are leads delivered?
Leads can be delivered via email, directly to your CRM through our integrations, via API, or through our web dashboard. Real-time delivery ensures you get leads within seconds.
Do you integrate with my CRM?
We integrate with popular CRMs including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and many others. We also offer API access for custom integrations.
Can I pause lead delivery?
Yes, you can pause delivery at any time through your dashboard. This is useful when you're at capacity or during holidays.
Pricing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for larger accounts.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price per lead is exactly what you pay. There are no setup fees, monthly minimums, or cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer lead replacements for leads that don't meet our quality standards. Full refunds are available for prepaid balances that haven't been used, subject to our terms of service.
Compliance
Are your leads TCPA compliant?
Yes, all leads include documented prior express written consent for contact. We provide consent certificates upon request.
What about Do Not Call lists?
All leads are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry before delivery. You're still responsible for maintaining your own internal DNC list.
How long should I keep consent records?
We recommend keeping consent documentation for at least 5 years. You can request consent certificates through your dashboard at any time.
